    On August 1st 2011 The Black Lips, a "Flower Punk" band from Atlanta, Georgia, performed live at Mr. Smalls in Pittsburgh, Pa. Bassist/Vocalist Jared Swilley is pictured stepping into the crowd during a particularly rocking moment of their set. The band is currently touring in support of their newly released album "Arabia Mountain".

    On July 20th 2011 the Rockville, Maryland band O.A.R. performed live at Stage AE in Pittsburgh, Pa. Their current tour is in support of their new album "King" that dropped today. I was contacted by The Washington Post and asked to produce a promotional portrait of the band as well as photograph their performance for a feature article. Meeting and photographing the band members Jerry DePizzo, Chris Culos, Marc Roberge, Richard On, and Benj Gershman was a real pleasure and one experience I won't soon forget.
